Everything You Need To Know To Buy A Shed
We would be happy to finish out the interior!
Simply choose the interior package in the "upgrade options" section on the 3D Shed Configurator to get pricing.
The interior package pricing does not include electrical or plumbing. Those items will be quoted by separate licensed contractors.
Construction lead time vary throughout the year.
Spring and Fall are often the busiest times.
You can send a message to your local Urban Sheds builder to get current lead times.
Whether you need a building permit or not depends a lot on the size of shed you want and where you live.
The larger the shed, the more likely you will need a permit...also the closer you are to the city center, the more likely you will need a permit.

There are three typical options for site preparation.
If you are not sure which one is best for you simply send a message or schedule a site visit with your builder.

Blocking (used for smaller sheds with a slightly unlevel area)
